How to Repair the Holes and cracks of Concrete with Repairing Agents?

Time go by,there will be some holes and cracks in the concrete floor under the action of aging and weathering.Of cource,It may also be the quality problem of pouring.Then,if there are some holes and cracks in the concrete,what can we do to the holes and cracks?Generally,we can use concrete repairing agents to repair it.

Grinding repair the hole of concrete floor with concrete repairing agents is suitable for holes diameter less than 10mm,cracks width less than 1 mm.

How to grind and repair concrete holes?
1.After the finish of metal grinding shoes 60#,use a planetary floor grinder to repair with metal grinding pads 120#.
2.Clean the dust left by metal pads 60# to get a clean floor,wet the floor with water and wait the surface dry till there is no obvious water logging.
3.Spray enough repairing agent EC-1008 to the holes by sprayer(dilute EC-1008 with water by ratio 1:2)
4.Spread repair mortar to the holes and cracks,and repair by floor grinding machine with metal grinding plates 120# at speed 700-900rpm.
5.Cure the floor with mist water by sprayer three times after repairing.
6.After 12hours curing,you can go on with next process.
