What is the grinding process?
A1:

Grinding is a machining process used to remove material from a workpiece with a grinding wheel. When the grinding wheel rotates, it cuts the material from the workpiece and at the same time produces a smooth surface texture during processing.

How to polish the terrazzo?
A2:

1. Polishing equipment: floor grinder, vacuum cleaner, hand planer, angle grinder, air dryer (spare)
2. Polishing materials: label polishing pads, steel wool, white pads, animal hair pads
3. Polishing steps:
★ trial grinding
★Coarse grinding, the function of rough grinding is to smooth the ground and evenly, so that all the grinding stones and grid strips are exposed
★ Fine grinding, the function of fine grinding is to grind away the wear marks left by the rough grinding, and the surface is polished. For local pitted surfaces and small flaws, use the same method again to fill in the slurry and cure for 2-3 days.
★Polishing, compared with the previous two polishing, the role of polishing should be collected, instead of finer grinding discs, the polishing method is the same as before
★ Corner treatment, because large equipment can not be polished to the edge, so use a 250D angle grinder or hand planer to polish the corners, the steps are the same as the ground.
