The 460-3V cement floor grinding and polishing machine is a versatile floor surface repair and removal equipment. Equipped with 28L PE large volume water tank, it can be applied for both dry grinding and wet grinding. When in the wet grinding, rotating the water switch, it can sprinkle water on grinding discs, cooling abrasives to make grinding work more efficient and reduce raising dust. Its 4HP powerful WEG motor and 3 heads planetary rotating disc make high grinding efficiency and stable grinding effect. Comes with 220-240v single, it can be applied for both construction site and domestic use. Q1:how do you maintain a floor grinder?
A1：
1.Clean the grinder every day after work, especially the dust on dust skirt and grinding plates.
2.Clean the water tank every week to prevent the dust blocks the filter.
3.After finishing each job site, all bolts and grinding plates need to be checked and fasten.
4.If the machine is often used in dry grinding, then the cooling fan of inverter need to be cleared every 20-30days.
5.Replace the gear oil termly. Usually, a new floor grinder needs to replace the gear oil after six months of use. Later, the gear oil needs to be replaced once a year.
6.Ask professional technician to do the machine maintenance and record the content of maintenance.
