For those who are new in concrete polished flooring, they often carry out the construction work with previous experience. Some of them may ask if the concrete hardener densifier can be directly mixed in the concrete and used in the next process.If it's ok may save lots of manpower. But what we would like to tell you is that it is not feasible to use concrete densifier by mixing with concrete. From its working principle, the concrete sealer curing agent reacts with the calcium and magnesium ions in the concrete through infiltration to make the concrete denser and harder. In terms of construction conditions, generally speaking, after rebuilding the floor ground, the process of concrete hardening won't be carried out until after 7-14 days of water conservation. From an economic point of view, this is not a good deal. If this conjecture can come true, how much concrete sealer densifier we need to invest to make an equivalent solidified floor? According to normal construction, we just apply concrete hardening curing agent to its surface and get a dense hardened concrete surface. If it is directly stirred, what proportion of concrete sealer hardener need to be added in order to ensure quality of floor finished?There is no answers. In conclusion,it's impossible to mix concrete hardener and concrete up together to use.

So, what is the difference between a concrete dyeing floor and an epoxy floor? Analysis from abrasion resistance part,epoxy flooring is directly painted on the surface with epoxy paint on the basis of the original floor. Although it can protect the floor, but it is a coating on floor surface, especially after heavy pressure and poor maintenance, peeling and other phenomena will occur over time. Overall, the wearing resistance is not as good as the concrete dyeing flooring. The concrete dyeing floor is a permeation dyeing process to the cured concrete floor with concrete dyeing agent, instead of forming a coating. It can be said that it has almost the same life as the cured floor,with excellent abrasion resistance. As for appearance,since the epoxy floor is a coating directly formed on the floor surface, the color is more uniform and more diverse, which can cover some defects of the floor surface. In addition, the concrete dyeing flooring is dyeing with dyeing agent to concrete floor. The concrere dying agent penetrates into the floor, Whether the color is even or not has been influenced by the base of the flooring. The base of the floor is different from place to place. Loose floor surface will absorb more dyeing agents, and denser floors will absorb less agents，resulting in that the color is less uniform than epoxy flooring.
