    Concrete repairing can ba divided into six ways:grinding method,cutting method,hand trowel repair,drilling repair,polymer mortar repair and affusion repair. We talked about the grinding method last time,and today we would like to introduce the cutting method to you to repair holes and cracks.This way is suitable for cracks larger than 1 mm, holes bigger than 20mm. The detailed cutting repair process is as follows: Repair holes and cracks before grinding concrete floor. 1. Cut the hole edges with angle grinder and V-shape cutting blade by depth 1cm,width 1cm. 2. Clean and wet the surface till there is no obvious water logging. 3. Spread the repairing agent EC-1008 a layer to the bottom of the crack. 4. Dilute repairing agent EC-1008 with water by ratio 1:2,  and then mix with the diluted EC-1008 with repairing mortar by ratio 1:6.  Stir well and mixer. 5. Pour the repairing mixing material to the crack and make sure the new mixing mortar higher than the surface at least 1mm. 6. Check whether the repair is completed, protect the ground with water 3-5 times. 7. After protecting 2-4 hours, then you can carry out the next grinding process. Notes: ★ 1-5mm holes, cut and clean with a engraving machine; ★ 5-6mm cracks, cut and extend its width, the depth of the cut can not be less than 10mm, while preferably more than 30mm; ★ The hole width more than 10mm but less than 50mm holes, cut it at least 20mm depth; hole width larger than 50mm, cut at least 50mm depth.

Grinding repair the hole of concrete floor with concrete repairing agents is suitable for holes diameter less than 10mm,cracks width less than 1 mm. How to grind and repair concrete holes? 1.After the finish of metal grinding shoes 60#,use a planetary floor grinder to repair with metal grinding pads 120#. 2.Clean the dust left by metal pads 60# to get a clean floor,wet the floor with water and wait the surface dry till there is no obvious water logging. 3.Spray enough repairing agent EC-1008 to the holes by sprayer(dilute EC-1008 with water by ratio 1:2) 4.Spread repair mortar to the holes and cracks,and repair by floor grinding machine with metal grinding plates 120# at speed 700-900rpm. 5.Cure the floor with mist water by sprayer three times after repairing. 6.After 12hours curing,you can go on with next process.

    As environmental awareness increases, polished concrete flooring  become more and more popular in the world due to its unique characteristics of eco-friendly,long-lasting and low maintenance. Concrete polishing is a multi-step process, depending on the quality of surface. Additionally,almost any structurally sound concrete floor,whether new or old,can be polished.By using diffirent diamond tools to sand the concrete smooth.With the use of industrial vacuums,polishing concrete can be in a dry and dust-free working environment. How to polish concrete? Utilize the concrete grinding and polishing machine,hardening densifier,sealer and diamond grinding pads to grind and polish it. 1.Check the surface condition Check the surface through the inspection equipment,and mark it where needs to repair.Especially pay attention to whether there are bolts on the floor,if there are,it must be removed first to avoid damage to the machine. 2.Rough Grinding and Leveling Grind with metal bond segments grinding shoes HTG-2Y 30#,60# until the concrete surface is even and smooth, then clean the floor surface. 3.Repair the Cracks and Holes If there are some cracks or holes,please repair the surface with repairing agent HTG EC-1008 and fast-drying cement.(Repairing Agent:Water=1:1).Then grind the concrete floor with floor grinder and metal bond grinding pads HTG-2Y 120#.After repairing,please kindly to clean the machine and the surface in time to avoid influence the next process. 4.Harden the Concrete Harden concrete surface with hardening densifier HTG-C01, about 0.2-0.5KG per square meter. Spray the hardener on concrete surface,and push it repeatedly and evenly,then keep moist for 30 minutes to allow the agent to penetrate the floor. 5. Fine Grinding After 4 hours of natural curing after hardening treatment,polish with resin polishing pads HTG-C310 200#,HTG-XZ 400#, 800# in order,please remember that clean up the dust after each polishing. When you polish the floor surface with the grit of 400#,the floor will start to become bright,please make sure there is no scratch on the floor before this. 6. Fine Polishing Apply sealer HTG-EC-S01 to the floor surface,polish with a high speed floor polisher 700HP and buffing pads HTG-DIP-S027 1500# when the floor surface is semi-dry. Polished concrete floors are low-maintenance, as they are more durable and easier to clean than many flooring options.

How to Select Suitable Method of Concrete Crack and Holes Repair? Suitable method for repair of cracks in concrete can be selected based on evaluation of the crack in structure. Once the type of cracks and holes are established, then suitable method can be selected. 1. Way of floor grinding: the hole is less than 10 mm, the crack is less than 1 mm, grinding concrete will a good way to repair it. 2. Cutting and stitching: the hole is larger than 20mm, and the crack is larger than 1mm. Use the angle floor grinder to cut the slit, then mix the concrete repairing agent EC-1008 and repair mortar to stich the cracks, finally grind concrete floor after drying. 3. Drilling and plugging: the hole is larger than 10mm. Drill holes with a drill. After cleaning, plug the holes with EC-1008 concrete repair agent and repair mortar. After maintenance and drying, grind and polish concrete floor. 4. Overlay and Surface Treatments: suitable for partial loose, jump sand floor,very fine cracks. Clean the floor and cover the repair material (EC-1008 concrete repairing agent mixing with repairing mortar) on concrete floor surface, level with a spatula, and grind and repair after drying. 5. Epoxy injection and grouting: suitable for partially empty drum floor. The infusion method uses grouting to repair empty drums of floor, saving time, and the base layer is not damaged, especially suitable for the underground garage, factory building, etc., and the construction process would not affect the owner's using, which is a convenient way. 6. Polymer mortar method: Mostly used in damaged ground,such as the old underground parking lot in using,which need to be completed quickly, and not to re-excavate and re-paving, not to dig away but the height is limited.
