Drilling to repair is one of the way to repair the holes in concrete floor.And this way is suitable for holes bigger than 10mm. Do you know how to use a drill to repair holes in concrete floor? 1. Choose the drill according to the diameter of the holes,and drill the holes with driller by depth 10mm. 2. Clean and wet the surface till there is no obvious water logging. 3. Dilute repairing agent EC-1008 with water by ratio 1:2,and then mix with the duiluted EC-1008 with repairing motor by ratio 1:6.Stir well the mixer. 4. Spread the repairing agent EC-1008 a layer to the bottom of the crack. 5. Pour the repairing mixer to the holes and make sure the new mixer higher than the surface 3-5mm. 6. Grinding can be carried out 2 hours later after repairing.
Concrete repairing can ba divided into six ways:grinding method,cutting method,hand trowel repair,drilling repair,polymer mortar repair and affusion repair. Pour the repairing mixing material to the crack and make sure the new mixing mortar higher than the surface at least 1mm. 6. Check whether the repair is completed, protect the ground with water 3-5 times. 7. After protecting 2-4 hours, then you can carry out the next grinding process. Notes: ★ 1-5mm holes, cut and clean with a engraving machine; ★ 5-6mm cracks, cut and extend its width, the depth of the cut can not be less than 10mm, while preferably more than 30mm; ★ The hole width more than 10mm but less than 50mm holes, cut it at least 20mm depth; hole width larger than 50mm, cut at least 50mm depth.

Grinding repair the hole of concrete floor with concrete repairing agents is suitable for holes diameter less than 10mm,cracks width less than 1 mm. How to grind and repair concrete holes? 1.After the finish of metal grinding shoes 60#,use a planetary floor grinder to repair with metal grinding pads 120#. 2.Clean the dust left by metal pads 60# to get a clean floor,wet the floor with water and wait the surface dry till there is no obvious water logging. 3.Spray enough repairing agent EC-1008 to the holes by sprayer(dilute EC-1008 with water by ratio 1:2) 4.Spread repair mortar to the holes and cracks,and repair by floor grinding machine with metal grinding plates 120# at speed 700-900rpm. 5.Cure the floor with mist water by sprayer three times after repairing. 6.After 12hours curing,you can go on with next process.

Spray the hardener on concrete surface,and push it repeatedly and evenly,then keep moist for 30 minutes to allow the agent to penetrate the floor. 5. Fine Grinding After 4 hours of natural curing after hardening treatment,polish with resin polishing pads HTG-C310 200#,HTG-XZ 400#, 800# in order,please remember that clean up the dust after each polishing. When you polish the floor surface with the grit of 400#,the floor will start to become bright,please make sure there is no scratch on the floor before this. 6. Fine Polishing Apply sealer HTG-EC-S01 to the floor surface,polish with a high speed floor polisher 700HP and buffing pads HTG-DIP-S027 1500# when the floor surface is semi-dry. Polished concrete floors are low-maintenance, as they are more durable and easier to clean than many flooring options.
